Joyce is a proven professional having worked in the real estate profession for over 16 years. She relocated from southeast Pennsylvania nine years ago where she worked and was trained by one of the largest independent real estate companies in the North East. During that time she was honored with the 'Rookie of the Year' award, the 'Winners Round Table Award' by the Chester County Board of Realtors for consistent selling in Pennsylvania. Joyce served on the local board of realtors on the Education Committee, Professional Standards and Grievance Committees.

Joyce has a strong background in administrative management, having worked in the computer and education industry in administrative management. She also assisted in relocating that company's PA office to a new office in Manhattan, NY'this is what spurred her on to her career in real estate.

In 1996 Joyce relocated with her retired husband Bernie to sunny Florida. She joined WCI Communities at Burnt Store Marina in New Home Sales, selling new homes and condos from 96' to 2000. In 1999 was honored with the award for 'Best Sales Person of the Year' at Burnt Store Marina and Country Club. In 2000 began listing and selling general real estate and has consistently sold over 6 million each year since.
